Special check-in instructions

The guest arrives and heads to your reception/front desk. The guest is identified and has their details checked. Front desk staff will give the guest an introduction to the hotel. The guest will take note of amenities and regulations etc and ask any questions.

The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Note that PAN card is not acceptable. Without an original copy of a valid ID, you will not be allowed to check-in.

Check-in time is 12 PM and check.out time is 11 AM the next day.

Hotel check-out is the process by which a guest formally leaves the hotel, settles any outstanding bills, and returns their room keys. It's the final touchpoint between the guest and the hotel, making it a crucial opportunity to leave a lasting impression.

When you have completed the steps of the reservation process after showing the confirmation page, you will get the mail and Whatsapp message from the hotel with all the necessary information, such as the hotel contact number required during check-in.
